Apparently there is this fashion critic and everyone only knows him as “Mr. Blackwell”. Every year since 1960 he’s taken it upon himself to publish the last years worst dressed list. I might have been sleeping for the last 48 years (give or take a few decades) because I’ve never heard of it. But I thought it would be fun to bring the results of the Worst Dressed of 2007 to ya’ll.
