Robin Williams and his wife Marcia Garces Williams have been married for 19 years, which is amazing in Hollywood, but something must not be amazing because it was reported that Marcia Garces filed for divorce last week. The reason? Irreconcilable differences of course, what else would it be?

So I’ll just say it, divorce really sucks and it’s really sad that these two kids couldn’t make it work, but when you learn how they got together, it’s actually more of a surprise that they lasted so long.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Marcia Garces was a nanny for Robin Williams and his first wifes son Zachary. So, Robin Williams boinked the nanny, left his wife and married the nanny shortly after. I’m sure it was a smooth transition for little Zachary.

I’m not going to say I’m happy about the divorce, because it doesn’t really mean anything for me, and sure I am still sad for Robin Williams, but given these two hurt his innocent spouse that way . . . I just can’t be too broken up about this break up.
