This might be some old Hillary Clinton news, but it’s new to me so you’re going to hear about it.

You might have noticed, or maybe not, that during the past 3 months Senator Hillary Clinton kept repeating this amazing tale about when she was the First Lady she went to Bosnia with daughter Chelsea. The story goes that while on the plan, getting ready to land they experienced an attack by sniper fire and barely landed in tact. Then she and Chelsea had to hurry off the plane and run for cover while the bullets flew.

Amazing right? And she used this story to PROVE that she has more experience and she is more ready to be the President of the United States than Senator Obama. Well, the only flaw here is that the story is a blatant lie. Senator Clinton DID take a trip as First Lady to Bosnia with Chelsea but they weren’t under fire. In fact, just about a week ago video of this trip surfaced. The real story goes, the two landed at the Bosnia plan strip without incidence, getting off the plan they waved to some people who were there, sauntered over slowly to a line of people waiting to shake her hand and they both smiled for the camera’s and shook everyones hands.

Kind of a different story there.

When confronted with this evidence, instead of apologizing or admitting the lie, what do you think Senator Clinton said? Her response was what she simply “misspoke” about the incident and that this doesn’t prove she’s unfit to be the President, what it shows is that she is merely human and makes mistakes.

Call it a blunder, call it a little (giant) white one, call it whatever you like as long as you don’t call it a mistake. That’s just unforgivable in my book, lying about something like that. You know though, once I I told my friends about this time I went to a mall where there were bomb threats and they wouldn’t let anyone leave. They locked us in the dressing rooms and had bomb sniffing dogs and then they started firing at anyone who got in the way of finding that bomb and I got shot in the arm and nearly bled to death. Then a few days later I remember that I DID go to the mall but I only got a hot dog at the food court and spilled ketchup on my arm. Similar experience. I guess I just misspoke. Whoops.
