Kiefer Sutherland Got a DUI on Monday, his second since 2004. Naughty, naughty Kiefer Sutherland. Don’t you know drunk driving kills?!

Kiefer was after arrested after making an illegal U-turn. He got pulled over and they decided to do a breathalyser test. Guess what? He failed it with a .22 blood alcohol level, and plead no contest to drunk driving.

What was his sentence? Well what do you expect, 2 DUI’s in 3 years? He got 5 years probation. So it’s not jail time, but it does mean if he gets another DUI within that 5 years he’ll break his probation and will probably do some time. We’re talking like 5 days here folks, or, hours. I meant hours. So Kiefer Sutherland, just wait 5 years and a day and you are cool to go ahead and get that DUI, you careless bastard.

Oh, PS, the judge in Kiefer Sutherlands 2004 case was Judge Michael Sauer, you remember, my most favoritest judge in the world. The guy whottossed Paris Hilton in the slammer after she violated her probation. Judge Sauer was just making up for lost time. He’ll get Kiefer next time, I just know it!
