On Tuesday it was reported that an ex-bodyguard of Britney Spears would be testifying in court for K-Fed in the two’s custody battle. He was set to testify about things he’d seen happen between Britney Spears and the kids like how she was pretty naked (that doesn’t mean she looked pretty naked, it means she was almost completely naked), and the fact that she would do drugs and drink in front of the kids or at least be under the influence while she was with them.

Not surprising this guy didn’t even get a chance to testify as Britney and her lawyer decided not to contest the allegations. It looks like at this point K-Fed has at least temporary custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. It’s sad when a wanna be thug like Kevin Federline is the better parent.

More recently though Britney Spears was ordered by a judge to under go random drug and alcohol testing twice each week. The judge is also requiring both parents be sober (that means no alcohol OR drugs) 12 hours before they have care of their kids and of course while they have their kids.

You know people joke, myself included, but this is just really really really sad. Do you think that 5 years ago when Britney Spears was some young hot thing, a sex symbol, a great entertainer (I didn’t say she could sing and dance, I said she entertains!) and a seemingly really sweet gal that just wanted a good marriage and some little rug rats…do you think she ever thought she’d be where she is today?

Seriously though…it’s sad.
